Melissa Burns

I've been in Real Estate for over eighteen years, serving as a realtor, appraiser, ASP home stager and Top Producer in sales. I enjoy every aspect of my job and have a passion for the industry. In my work with new homes I am involved with a project from design to sales. For many years I have worked exclusively for some of the area's top home builders. This experience combined with my years as an appraiser has given me a complete understanding of homes from structural, staging, market to valuation. I like to surround myself with others who are just as experienced and committed as I. I have an incredible team of professionals in my network including lenders, home inspectors, contractors, and title services that will be there to help you every step of the way.

As a lifelong resident of the Eastern Shore I know this area from the Ocean to the Bay. I love to share my knowledge and enjoy working with people. I find so much joy in helping my clients realize their dream of finding a perfect place to call home.
