A message from our team leader, Brandon Brittingham:
There’s a huge myth that selling your home  in the fall and winter ️ is a bad time to sell your home. That’s not necessarily the case.
We sell a lot of houses in the fall and winter one thing to think about is in the fall and winter there are less houses for sale.
So there’s less competition on the market. The other thing that’s important to know is that buyers that are looking  in the fall and winter, they’re not window-shopping. They’re really serious.
They are extremely interested in purchasing  a house. There’s not a bad time to sell your house, especially in today’s market.
A lot of it just really depends on your presentation on the internet , which is something that we spend a lot of time and energy on such as professional photos, which comes standard with our listings and more. So selling your house in the fall and winter is just a huge myth that your house isn’t going to sell.
There’s no time that’s a bad time to sell your home. If you’re interested in selling your home this fall or winter, we’d be glad to sit down and talk to you to help you achieve selling your home!
