Division St. and the Boardwalk. Watch artists paint against the clock in this two-hour competition.     Aug. 25 (Sun.) / Fresh Start: A Wicomico County Back-to-School Event. The event provides students in need with resources to help them achieve success. More than a dozen organizations have collaborated to reach thousands of children and invest in the future of the area’s youth. Because of this cooperative approach, students are able to receive backpacks, supplies and haircuts. Also, families can learn about community resources and enjoy activities. Admission: Free.
