Brittingham’s Team of Salisbury Maryland, Had an Impressive year with over 33 million in sales and over 266 Transactions with his team on the way to Becoming One of The Nation’s Best
(Salisbury Maryland June, 28 2013) Brandon Brittingham of The Maryland and Delaware Group of Long and Foster was named one of America’s top real estate professional teams by REAL Trends and as advertised in The Wall Street Journal. His team is now a member of the “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by the two respected publications. Brittingham’s Team is now ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 963,000 REALTORS® nationwide. Brittingham finished in the top 250 for teams in the country.
The Thousand real estate professionals were announced on June 27, 2014, with four separate categories honoring the top 250 residential agents and agent teams for excellence in:
- Individual Sales Professionals—Sales volume
- Individual Sales Professionals—Transaction sides (in each real estate transaction, there are two sides that can be represented by a real estate agent: a buyer’s and a seller’s.)
- Team Professionals—Sales volume
- Team Professionals—Transaction sides
According to The Thousand, Brittingham’s team had over 266 transactions totaling over 33 million, ranking them in the top 250 in the nation.
