Brandon Brittingham Talks Mindset and Positive Outlooks

A message 📣 from Brandon Brittingham:

Recently, we were awarded by REAL Trends as one of the top five real estate 🏡teams in the United States 🇺🇸 for homes sold last year. A lot of people have reached out and asked what the magic bullet is. And there really isn’t one, but we want to break down a couple of things that we think helped us get there over the next couple of video 🎞segments.

I’m here in my home office 🏠, and you see this poster behind me, “Mindset is Everything,” which is something that I truly believe. And so, that’s one of the things I want to start on, is one of the things that I think 💡 helped us achieve this as a team is what our mindset is every day. And we have all kinds of failures and we have all kinds of things that go wrong , and it’s just every day how you approach that, if you have a positive mindset or a negative mindset.

And if you have a victim mentality, that all the problems that happen to the world 🌎 happen to you and you’re the victim in the situation, that’s a negative mindset. We take the attitude of, “Learn from our failures.” We fail every day, and we learn how to get better from that, and have that mindset.

Also, have the mindset of being grateful. Wake up every day with intention and think about things in your life that you’re grateful for. Instead of saying things like, “I have to do this,” try to change your language to “I get the privilege to… “.

We think one of the things that has really helped us get to where we are is what our mindset is, and taking that positive mindset and not coming from a negative standpoint, and always coming from a place of being grateful. 🙏

And if you’re in real estate 🏘 and you want to get to the next level and you’re interested in joining a team with that type of positive mindset, we’d love to talk to you.
