What does this mean?
So older homes, resale homes, are starting to sell 💵 close to new construction prices. So if you’re thinking about buying a house, especially with rates being as low as they are, new construction is a great choice right now because resale homes 🏘 are selling close to new construction home prices. With a new home, you’re going to get a one year warranty on everything, plus some manufacturer’s warranty that extends past one year, but everything is brand new.
So for the time that you own the house, you probably won’t have to do any repairs or anything and over time the house is going to appreciate because the cost of new construction keeps going up.
