Brandon Brittingham Talks The Importance of Professional Photos

A message 📣 from our team leader, Brandon Brittingham: Brandon got off the phone 📱 with a seller who’s getting ready to list their house 🏠 with us. And one of the things that he asked them was, “”Hey, why did you decide to list your house with us?”. One of the things that the seller said that really stuck for them was the fact that we get really high quality professional photos 📸 and we have a professional photographer on site. And the seller said they went online 🌎 and they saw some of our properties and how well the photography looked. On thing that we’ll tell you is if you’re thinking about 💵 selling your house, one thing that you should absolutely demand from your agent is that they get professional photos, especially now in the digital age where a lot of people look at properties on their phone. And if you don’t have professional photos, it’s not going to really look that good. The other thing is not just professional photos, but when they go to input the listing, that the 🏯 photos are sized correctly and that they are shot to be marketed digitally, because that has a big effect on how your house is presented also online. So one thing that we do in house 🏡 with every listing, doesn’t matter if your house is $75,000 to a million, we have a professional photographer on site who actually is our Marketing Coordinator also. So not only does she take professional photos, but she actually sizes them and positions them so that they are marketed correctly on the internet. So if you thought about 💲selling your house, that’s just one of our seven step marketing program that helps us sell over 500 houses a year. And whether you use us or not, you should make sure whatever agent you use uses professional photos to list your house. 🏡 The Maryland and Delaware Group of Long & Foster Real Estate 📞 D: 443-783-3928 O: 443-339-9200 https://www.easternshorehomesolutions.com/
