Buying a Home, Low Interest Rates, Programs & The Path to Home Ownership

Are you thinking 💡 about buying a house 🏠 in today’s market? Did you know that we are in a highly competitive market and interest rates are at an all-time low? ⬇️!
A message 📣 from our team leader, Brandon Brittingham:
One of the things you need to know is, if you’re a buyer, is to be prepared because we are in a highly competitive market. Interest rates are at an all-time low. We’re seeing rates for some individuals under ⬇️ 3%, which is just unreal and unheard of.
So if you’re thinking about buying 💲, especially now, before you go out, you need to speak with the lender to get a preapproval. Because it’s so competitive, you may go out and look at a property 🏡 and not even have time to put a bid in if you aren’t already pre-approved. The other thing, because of COVID 🦠, most sellers will not allow you into their home without your agent providing a preapproval upfront.
But more importantly, the last thing you want is to go out and see the house 🏠 you really want, and you miss it because we’re in such a competitive market because you weren’t ready and you didn’t have your pre approval.
There are various loan programs that are out there, from FHA to USDA, conventional, but in some instances, you may have to put 0% down. There’s all kinds of different programs that are out there that you need to know and understand what your payments 💵 are going to be and how that process works prior to going out and seeing a house, especially in today’s highly competitive market.
So if you’re interested in buying a house 🏡 and just want to know what your options are, what different programs are, or you need help getting pre-approved, give us a call. We’d be more than glad to help you and put you on the path to home ownership!
