Our team leader, Brandon Brittingham the pleasure of speaking at Country Grove, in Delmar, Delaware, with Hannah, DR Horton Community. DR Horton has acquired the last 68 lots of the community and are mainline inventory Builders – building homes, even if people haven’t particularly bought them. They’re also 10 minutes away from Salisbury, so pretty much any sort of shopping you need to do or anything you need to do in a city. You can go to Salisbury for and then we’re about an hour away from the beach and are about 2 hours away from BWI. So we’re centrally located and close to anything that you need to.
