More than 140 exhibitors, including electronics and accessory vendors. Tickets: Adults, $10 (weekend pass, $15). Times: Fri., 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Sat., 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Sun., 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Feb. 15 (Sat.) / Mardi Gras “Race for the Beads” 5k at Sussex Central High School, 26026 Patriots Way, Georgetown, Del. Times: Check-in at 9 a.m.; race begins at 10 a.m. Gifts for the first 200 registered racers, plus food, fun, and music for all participants. “Run, walk, or dance your way to the finish line.” Registration fees: Adults, $25; students, $20. Proceeds benefit the school’s music program.
Feb. 16 (Sun.) / Bridal Show at Lighthouse Sound, 12723 Martins Neck Rd., Bishopville, Md. Come meet local vendors and tour the Lighthouse Sound wedding venue. Time: Noon – 3 p.m. Admission: $10 in advance, $15 at the door. Complimentary admission for brides.
Feb. 22 (Sat.) / Promise Prom-Gown Giveaway Day at Parkside High School, 1015 Beaglin Park Dr., Salisbury. Time: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. High school girls can choose from among hundreds of free prom dresses. Sizes range from 0 to 26. Free gown accessories will also be available. Sponsored by Salisbury non-profit Promise. (Dresses and accessories have been donated throughout the year by individuals and local shops.)
Feb. 22 & 23 (Sat. & Sun.) / Better Living Expo at the Wicomico Civic Center, Salisbury. See the newest innovations for home and garden, and shop for arts & crafts created by well-known artisans. Times: Sat., 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Sun., 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Admission: $3 for the weekend (children free). Buy tickets at the door.
Feb. 29 (Sat.) / American Spiritual Ensemble at the Asbury Methodist Church, 1401 Camden Ave., Salisbury. The group is known for its “rousing and deeply heartfelt” choral and solo spirituals, and for its Broadway numbers.
