We then strategically marketed it locally as well as target marketed it to out-of-state buyers. A person from New York City saw it online (due to our targeted marketing), contacted us and stated if the photos/vid aligned with him physically viewing the property – he wanted it. We showed him the property, it was exactly what he had hoped for and exactly what was portrayed with our professional photography and videography. It sold for what it was listed for with others connecting with us, showing interest and putting offers in.
