Wednesdays in March / Karaoke Night at Market Street Inn Restaurant and Pub,130 W. Market St., Salisbury. Time: 8 – 10 p.m. Hosted by D.J. Outlaw.
March 1, 8, & 15 (Wednesdays) / “Eastern Shore Idol” 2022 Singing Competition at Brew River Restaurant, 502 W. Main St., Salisbury. Come watch contestants compete for $2,000 in cash prizes. Time: 8 p.m. (All contestants have been chosen; no new competitors eligible.)
March 2 – 5 (Thurs. – Sun.) / Ocean City Film Festival. This year’s offerings include over 70 films from local and international filmmakers plus parties, mixers, panels, and filmmaker Q&A’s. March 3 (Fri.) / The Original Harlem Globetrotters at the Wicomico Civic Center, 500 Glen Ave., Salisbury. “Your favorite Globetrotter stars are bringing out their amazing basketball skills, outrageous athleticism, and a non-stop LOL good time.” Three premium fan experiences available. Times: Pre-show event ($25) at 5:30 p.m.; Celebrity Court Pass event ($100), and player meet-and-greet ($35) at 6 p.m.; main event  ($20 – $80) at 7:00 p.m.

March 8 & 22 (2nd & 4th Wed.) S.T.E.A.M. and Robotics Club at the Wicomico Free Library, downtown branch. Imagine, design, explore, build, and discover using STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math). Bring your curiosity and imagination to play with snap circuits, littleBits, and more. Twice a month, the library turns into a STEAMing center where we experiment and tinker, using critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills to code, build, and have fun. Time: 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. Free.
March 9 – 12  (Thurs. – Sun.) / Fun Home, the Tony-Award-winning musical,at the Fulton Hall Black Box Theater at Salisbury University. Features mature themes and language. Times: Thurs. – Sat. at 7:30 p.m.; Sun. at 2 p.m. Tickets: Adults, $20; seniors, $15; faculty and staff, $10; any student, $5.
March 10  (Fri.) / Marc Roberge (of O.A.R.) and Friends; featuring Jon Lampley at the Ocean City Performing Arts Center, 4001 Coastal Hwy. Time: 8 p.m. Tickets: $59 – $65.
March 11 (Sat.) / ☘️Saint Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival, Ocean City. Beginning at 12 noon, the parade will proceed south along Coastal Highway from 60th to 44th Street. Before or following the parade, visit an Irish festival for food, fun, and music. The festival will open at 11 a.m. and take place at the 45th Street shopping center.
March 11 (Sat.) / ☘️ 7th Annual Seacrets Irie-ish Music Fest at Seacrets, 49th St. and the bay, Ocean City. Time: 12 noon – ? a.m. Featuring special Irish food plus seven bands and four DJ’s. For performers and times, visit
March 12 (Sun.) / Ceramics Fundamentals Wheel-Throwing Workshop at the Salisbury Art Space, 212 W. Main St., Suite 101, Salisbury. Join Ceramic Resident Maci McCubbin for a wheel-throwing demonstration, and learn how to manipulate clay on a wheel to create different shapes and vessels.  All ages welcome. Cost: $45 per member; $50 per non-member. Clay and all materials provided.
March 14 (Tues.) / J.A. Inspire for Hire: A Community Career Fair and Expo Event at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center, 500 Glen Ave, Salisbury. Learn about employment opportunities, internships, apprenticeships and more. High school students and all other job-seekers welcome.Time: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Free. Presented by Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore.–a-community-career-fair—expo-event.
March 17 – 19 (Fri. – Sun.) / Home, Condo, and Outdoor Show with Arts & Crafts at the Ocean City Convention Center, 4001 Coastal Highway. Exhibitors will showcase ideas for decorating, remodeling, accessorizing, renovating, and even building a home. Plus, the Art and Craft Fair will offer a wide assortment of creative and unique gifts and accessories. Times: Fri., 10:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Sat., 10:30  a.m. – 5 p.m.; Sun., 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Admission: $6; children 13 and under, free; military, police, and fire, free with I.D.
March 18 (Sat.) / Ocean City Seasonal-Job and Resource Fair at the Princess Royale Ocean Front Resort,  9100 Coastal Hwy. Along with hundreds of seasonal employment opportunities, the fair will feature resources from Ocean City, such as housing assistance, transportation information, legal-aid providers, and urgent care facilities. Bring your resume. Time: 9 a.m. – 12 noon. Free.
March 18 (Sat.) / Real Diamond, the Premier Neil Diamond Tribute Band, Dinner and Show at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center, 500 Glen Ave., Salisbury. “Real Diamond is a professional 11-piece band dedicated to recreating the Neil Diamond experience.” The dinner menu includes Grandma’s meatloaf, chicken Florentine, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, garden salad, string beans, rolls and butter, dessert table, iced tea, water and coffee. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Times: Doors and dinner at 6 p.m.; show at 7:30 p.m. Tickets: $55.–the-premier-neil-diamond-tribute-band-dinner—show.
March 19 (Sun.) / Blippi, the Wonderful World Tour at the Ocean City Performing Arts Center, 4001 Coastal Highway. Dance, sing, and learn with Blippi and special guest Meekah as they discover what makes different cities unique and special. Time: 2 p.m. Tickets: $59.
March 21 (Tues.) / R.E.S.P.E.C.T. — A Celebration of the Music of Aretha Franklin at the Ocean City Performing Arts Center, 4001 Coastal Highway. All your favorite Franklin hits, including “Natural Woman,” “Think,” “I Knew You Were Waiting for Me,” “Chain of Fools,” “Respect,” and many more. “You’ll be out of your seat and dancing in the aisles as you lose yourself in the music that inspired a generation.” Time: 7 p.m. Tickets: $65 – $85.
April 1 (Sat.) / Louis Black Off the Rails at the Ocean City Performing Arts Center, 4001 Coastal Highway. Time: 8 p.m. Tickets: $57.
