Continuous (Wednesdays in Nov.) / “Wing Watch” birdwatching for families and children at the Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art, 909 South Schumaker Drive, Salisbury.Join Ward Museum staff and local birders as they conduct a bird walk around Schumaker Pond. No experience is necessary, and binoculars will be provided. Meet in the lobby of the museum. Time: 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. Free.

Nov. 4 – 6 (Fri. – Sun.)  / Little Women, the Broadway musical, presented by the Community Players of Salisbury at the Wicomico High School Auditorium, 201 Long Ave., Salisbury. Times: Fri. and Sat. at 7:30; Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets: Adults, $25.00; seniors, $20; students (18 and under with student I.D.), $20; children (under 12) $15; families, $65.
Nov. 11 (Fri.) / Stand-up Comedy at Revival, 213 W. Main St Suite 302 (3rd Floor City Center Building), Salisbury. Starring Larry XL, featuring Rich Carucci and Keith Purnell. Ages 18+. Time: 8 p.m. Tickets: $10.
Nov. 11 (Fri.)  / Veterans’ Day Ceremony. Join in honoring military veterans at the Wicomico War Veterans’ Memorial, located directly in front of the Wicomico Civic Center, 500 Glen Ave., Salisbury. The ceremony includes patriotic music, prayer, and remembrance. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be canceled.
Nov. 11 – 13 (Fri. – Sun.)  / Eastern Shore Classic Dog Shows at the Wicomico County Civic Center, 500 Glen Ave., Salisbury. The Salisbury Maryland Kennel Club will host two all-breed dog shows, two obedience trials, and two rally trials on Friday and Saturday. The Mispillion Kennel Club will host an all-breed dog show, obedience trial, and rally trial on Sunday. The shows are open to the public from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. each day. Admission is free.
Nov. 13 (Sun.)  / Kindness Palooza at the Salisbury Riverwalk Amphitheater, Route 13 next to the La Quinta Inn. Kindness Palooza will encompass the annual Dance for Kindness. Community organizations will have tables of information about their services and offerings, plus activities, games, prizes, and giveaways that all relate to kindness. The event will also feature live musical performances. Attendees are encouraged to bring a donation to the Maryland Food Bank, Beyond Your Walls mobile shower, or the Community Emergency Shelter program. All are welcome. Nov. 14 (Mon.)  / Loakal Jokes Comedy Open Mic at Loakal Branch Brewing Co., 501 N. Bi-state Blvd., Delmar, Del. Come hone your comedic talent, or be part of the audience. Time: Sign up to perform at 7:30; show starts at 8 p.m. Free admission.
Nov. 16 & 30 (Wednesdays)  / Ukulele Jam presented by the Eastern Shore Ukulele Society at the Newton Community Center, 306 Newton St., Salisbury. Time: 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Bring your own uke or request one in advance. Free.
Nov. 17 (Thurs.)  / The Heart of Salisbury Foodie Tour, downtown. Sample, sip, and savor the flavors of the Eastern Shore on a guided walking tour. Explore and enjoy historic Salisbury one mouthful at a time while meandering through lively culinary destinations with a knowledgeable guide. Time: 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. Cost: $99.
Nov. 17 (Thurs.) / Live Figure Drawing at Salisbury Art Space, 212 W. Main St., Suite 101. Ages 16+. Learn to draw from observation; practice drawing techniques. For all skill levels. Beginners will learn basic techniques while more advanced participants can use class time to work with a live model. The instructor will provide constructive feedback to help participants get the most from the class. Time: 6 – 8 p.m. Cost: $20.
Nov. 17 – Dec. 31 (Wednesdays thru Sundays) / Winterfest of Lights at Northside Park, 200 125th St., Ocean City. Follow a paved path and walk past thousands of sparkling holiday lights and many animated light displays. Sip hot chocolate, take a photo with Santa, visit a gift shop, and view a 50-foot Christmas tree. Dates and times: Wednesdays through Sundays, 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. Admission: $6. Children under 12, free. Subject to closure for inclement weather. Check the town of Ocean City’s Facebook page before coming. Mobility devices available for rent for those who do not wish to walk.
Nov. 18 (Fri.)  / Third Friday, Downtown Salisbury.Enjoy vendors, art, food, and live music from 5 p..m. – 8 p.m. This month’s theme is “Holiday Lights.”
Nov. 19 (Sat.) / Bill Engvall “Here’s Your Sign—It’s Finally Time” Farewell Tour at the Ocean City Performing Arts Center, 4001 Coastal Highway. Bill Engvall is a Grammy- nominated recording artist and one of the top comedians in the country. Bill can be seen regularly on the hit sitcom Last Man Standing playing Reverend Paul. Two shows: 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets: $57.
Nov. 24 (Thanksgiving Day)  / Turkey Trot 5k at Pemberton Park, 5561 Plantation Lane, Salisbury. The race winds through Pemberton Park’s forests, meadows and wetlands. Refreshments and holiday pie will be available after the race.  Time: Check-in begins at 7 a.m. Participants may register on-site from 7:00 – 7:45 a.m. Race starts at 8 a.m. Registration fee: $35 for early registration; $40 after Nov. 15. (Additional fees may apply.) There will be awards for the overall male and female winners, for the best Thanksgiving costume, and for first through third place in several age categories.
Nov. 25 – 27 (Fri. – Sun.) / Holiday Shoppers’ Fair at the Ocean City Convention Center, 4001 Coastal Highway. Shop for unique merchandise, including nautical items, candles, photos, florals, jewelry, and ceramics. More than 120 vendors, plus a food court, door prizes, and children’s activities. Free parking. Times: Fri. and Sat., 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Sun., 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Admission: $3 for the entire weekend; children under 13, free.
Nov. 28 (Mon.) / Ice Ice Berlin, Main Street, Berlin, Md. Come see 30+ lighted, holiday-themed ice sculptures throughout downtown. Christmas tree lighting at 6 p.m. Meet Santa at the Kringle Kottage at the Taylor House Museum. Time: 5 – 9 p.m. Free admission.
Nov. 30 (Wed.) / Hairspray, the Broadway musical, at the Ocean City Performing Arts Center, 4001 Coastal Highway. Time: 7 p.m. Tickets: $65 – $85.
