Salisbury , Maryland : Brandon Brittingham and Doug Gardiner are pleased to announce that the Maryland And Delaware Group of Long and Foster was named one of America’s top real estate professional teams by REAL Trends, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal for the third year in a row their team is a member of the “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by the two respected publications. The group is now ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 1,100,000 REALTORS® nationwide.
The Thousand real estate professionals were announced on June 26, 2015, and the group made it by their production in sales and transactions below.

Both Gardiner and Brittingham have gained industry-wide recognition for their visionary practices, their energetic leadership and their commitment to personalized service. Prior to their merger, The Brandon Brittingham Team completed 266 transactions in 2013 and was rated by REAL Trends as the number-one real estate group in Salisbury and one of the top teams in the United States. Likewise, Team Gardiner was one of the top-producing real estate groups in its region and has been ranked in the top 1 percent of residential real estate sales professionals in North America by REAL Trends.
Recently they have expanded into the Southern Delaware are and have brought on Delaware native Bill Brown to head the Delaware team, and have also brought Ann D’ambrosia and her daughter Taylor Burton to run their Southern Maryland Division.
