We sold an extremely unique Bed & Breakfast in Snow Hill, Maryland, called Chanceford Hall, using our 7 Step Marketing Plan.
We got interest from all over the world and had a buyer fly ✈️✈️✈️ in to look at, then eventually purchase this gem of a home.
Between viewing and purchasing the home 🏡, the buyers Lender came up with some items that they wanted to have fixed. And this being a historic property, you just can’t go out there and just fix things – everything required special attention and special vendors. We were able to, at the last minute, get our A Team of contractors out there to fix all the problems so that the seller could go to settlement and the buyer could go to settlement.
This ultimately led to happy 😁 sellers and happy buyers.
It’s our marketing that got the buyer and it was our problem-solving ability as to what got us to settlement. The one thing I say all the time is we’re so much more than just putting a sign in your yard and putting your house 🏡 on the MLS.
