Oct. 6 (Sat.) / Seagull Century Bicycle Ride beginning and ending at Salisbury University. Routes are 65 and 100 miles long. Information table located in the Maggs Center main lobby Friday, 3 – 8 p.m., and Saturday, 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Begin riding on Sat. between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. (First heat departs from 7:00 – 7:45; second heat: 7:50 – 8:45) Finish by 6 p.m. Registration: $90. Oct. 6 (Sat.) / Wings & Wheels, Delaware Coastal Airport, Georgetown. Enjoy a day of planes, classic cars, WWII re-enactors, great food, craft vendors, and much more. Admission is free. Oct. 18 (Thurs.) / Garden Brothers’ Circus at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center, Salisbury.. A fast-paced 90-minute show in a theatrical European three-ring setting, featuring the human pyramid, elephants, aerial artists, motorcycles in the Sphere of Fear, horse riders, acrobats, contortionists, clowns, and jugglers.
