Selling Your Home Safely and Virtually

Are you interested in buying 💵 a home and/or selling yours but are hesitant, as you don’t want many people in and out of your home 🏠 and wonder how we’ve adapted to everything that is going on?
A message 📣 from our team leader, Brandon Brittingham:
Many sellers in Wicomico County and here on the Eastern Shore, have heard 👂🏼 and know that the market is currently pretty strong and they want to sell their house, but they are worried about having a bunch of traffic coming into their house. 🏡
So, one of the things that we have done is we’ve adapted a 100% virtual online 👨‍💻 platform experience for a home buyer. What this means is we can virtually market your home, have virtual tours, video 📹 walkthroughs, provide everything we need to provide to a potential buyer online, then ask them to ride by, give them all the information and then if they’re really, really serious, then we can schedule an appointment for them to come in your house.
We’re doing this a lot now and it’s limiting the amount of buyers that are coming into your home 🏠 and the buyers that are coming into your home are only buyers that are extremely, extremely interested.
Then if they do come in the house, obviously, they have to follow CDC guidelines. We’re asking they wear mask 😷 and gloves and following all those types of protocols.
If you’re interested in buying a house 🏠, because right now is a good time to sell 💵 your house because of the local demand for buyers, despite what you might hear on national media, because real estate is a local market, but you’re worried about the traffic coming in and out, we’ve adapted a whole entire protocol around virtually marketing your house and limiting the amount of buyers coming in and out.
So if you have interest in this or you’re interested in 💲selling your house, you need more information, just reach out, we’d be glad to help any time.
