He states the biggest thing that he had to learn to scale a team and to recruit people 👫 is how to become a good leader. How many people have invested in scripts and dialogues for buyers and sellers? That’s what you train your agents on, right, scripts and dialogues? We’ve all done that. When Brandon got into real estate 🏘, one of the things he learned really quick was there wasn’t any scripts and dialogues on how to be a good leader. The profit in this business is in your people. And a lot of times we chase the shiny object and the gadget and whatever the case is. In Brandons opinion, that’s how you lose ❌. How you win 🏆 is investing in being a good leader, learning how to be a good leader and just going really deep and understanding that. Listen 👂, if there was one revenue model that was out there, we pay the highest split, every agent would go to it. Agents stay with you and come to your team based on your leadership. And if you want to really scale, you have to become a good leader. And that’s one of the things Brandon believes you you have to learn. 📖
