The Amazing Story of The Delmar School District

One of the most pleasant and unique communities you’ll find on the Eastern Shore is a small town called Delmar.

As you might guess from the name, Delmar lies partly in Delaware and partly in Maryland. Though technically two separate towns, the two adjacent jurisdictions join together to provide several common services, such as policing, water treatment, public works, and––most notably––a common school system.
