We want to talk to you about a recent property 🏡that we sold in Nithsdale and the story behind it. The seller had not had the best experience prior, the property had been on and off the market for over a year. Which was surprising as it was a beautiful custom property – it had a pool 🏊♀️ , a large yard, detached garage. They had renovated the bathroom. Just a gorgeous property. The seller had not gotten an offer on the property and they didn’t understand why.

Still, our seller didn’t really understand what was the difference between what we did and the other Agent, but it really comes down to, especially nowadays, your digital marketing makes a difference. Your photos 🖼 make a difference. A huge, huge big thing right now is video. You have to have a professional video of your property. And then when it comes to the description of your property, we take a substantial amount of time 🕓 and we professionally write out a very strong and solid description of your property because it makes a huge deal, especially now where everything is so digital. And then also, we have a very good understanding of social media marketing.
From Facebook targeting, Instagram, direct Google marketing, YouTube and marketing in areas where we know we’ll find buyers.
