|Tuesday, Feb. 3rd||Menopause, the Musical. The Off-Broadway and Las Vegas hit comes to Salisbury for one night only. The play’s all-female cast celebrates “The Change” with hilarious numbers about hot flashes, mood swings, wrinkles, and more. The characters meet at a department store and form a bond as they joke about their common symptoms. Eventually, the audience sings along to menopausal parodies of hit songs from the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s. |Sat., Feb. 21st||Ward Museum’s “Drop-in Art” Family Fun. Cut foam in the shapes of animals; then dip your foam pieces in ink and stamp animal images onto paper. 10 a.m. – Noon. Free. All supplies provided.
Ward Museum’s “Print- Making” Program. Artist Matt Smith will teach linocut print-making. Participants will stamp artistic designs onto fine paper after learning to cut imagery into linoleum printing blocks. 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. $35 per person for Ward members; $50 for non-members. |Tues., Feb. 24th||The Harlem Globetrotters put their special spin on the game of basketball with a pre-show “Magic Pass” event at 5:30 p.m., followed by the game at 7:00 p.m. During the “Magic Pass” event, you can spend time on the court with the Globetrotters, shoot baskets, and learn ball tricks. Tickets: “Magic Pass” pre-event, $22. Game, $22 – $74 (Bench experience, $246). Special rates available for groups of 10 or more. Fans attending the pre-event must also purchase tickets to the game.
